CONCEPT
3POLIS is a new-build student residence within walking distance of the campuses in Diepenbeek. It has 54 spacious, high-quality student studios spread over three buildings. Students live together in small groups of six rooms. Every floor has a modern, fully equipped shared kitchen where students can meet, cook and relax together.
Every room has its own bathroom and is fully furnished. You can choose between a 21 m² studio (€495 per month) and a 27 m² duplex with separate sleeping area (€540 per month). Water, electricity and internet in the room are covered by a fixed charge of €75 per month.
You live 900 m from Hasselt University in Diepenbeek, 1.4 km from UCLL and 1.8 km from PXL. Diepenbeek borders the city of Hasselt and the bus stop is 100 m away. More about the location.
